One of the finishing that we can offer is a technical pavement consisting of a porous concrete slab that has a polystyrene insolation extruded. This insulation may vary in thickness in order to meet the technical requirements for thermal insulation. Likewise the concrete slab may be of various colors.

The films come in rolls, once they are extended they get welded by thermal fusion. This welding is permanent and when the films are welded they form one solid piece. This piece is delivered to the perimeter of the cover as well as to the various elements composing it (downspouts, tubes, skylights) in all cases we protect it with a geotextile on top and bottom.

Later we will place the slabs leaving along the perimeters a strip of about 20 cm of a round edge (gravel) to aid drainage.

This type of pavement allows us to get a transitable cover with a lower cost than ceramic cover and with an advantage of having an insulation layer.

All of our waterproofing works have a 10 years warranty on materials and workmanship.
